Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join Timberhub’s product team. You will be working with a cross-functional team consisting of a product manager, designers & engineers, in building high-impact solutions to solve complex user needs. You will have full ownership of tech projects and drive change through architecture, product implementation, and application of technology in an old-fashioned industry.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features as well as improve the existing product 
• Design, implement, and consume APIs and web services
• Manage database systems (Relational databases & NoSQL)
• Understand user needs and contribute effectively to the development process
• Work with cloud platforms for deploying and managing the infrastructure 
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code, and do code reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate and redefine our tech infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
